The Mytiko Online store is happy to offer customers an exchange for items purchased online or credit note if you had made a size error or garment exhnage. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all labels / tags attached and returned within 7 days of receiving your product. Proof of online purchase/order number must be filled out on the returns form.
If a garment is faulty we can also offer an exchange or a credit note for your purchase.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in Australia. All orders are made from the date of the close of your online purchase. This means the garments are being made by the manufacturer made to order. We are using this process so we can manufacture in Australia and keep our quality and designs at the same quality as we had during the 90s. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your garment. We have a customer service team available to follow up any inquires.
